Although the vast majority of products continue to perform reliably, our commitment to each consumer safety compels us to ensure that your experience meets our highest safety standards. Therefore, in consultation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we have taken this voluntary action to protect consumer safety.
Important Notice
Only Model VT103 power bank sold on Amazon (US) is part of the recall. VEEKTOMX other models are NOT part of the recall, and power banks sold in other countries are not part of the recall.
No other models of VEEKTOMX power banks are affected.

Are all VEEKTOMX power banks part of this recall?
No — only the VT103 model (white, pink, or purple) with no serial number in the bottom right corner of the back panel is included. All other VEEKTOMX power bank models, and VT103 units with a serial number in that position, are safe to use and not part of the recall.

This recall program offers a free replacement power bank as the official remedy approved by the U.S. CPSC. At this time, refunds are not available — our replacement units undergo rigorous safety testing to ensure compliance with international safety standards.
What if I no longer have the recalled power bank?
If you no longer possess the unit, no further action is required — simply disregard the recall notice. We only process replacement requests for customers who have the affected power bank in their possession.
Disposal of Recalled Units
How do I safely dispose of the recalled VT103 power bank?
Do NOT throw it in household trash, curbside recycling bins, or retail battery recycling boxes. Please:
